The first reading is physical: volcanic stone, a copper wire, air with an almost metallic tension. A short pulse runs through the opening: the peel of a lima, green and sharp. Not lemonade.
As the opening loses its outline, the composition stops pointing at objects and starts to occupy space: a clean, mineral, persistent field whose source cannot be located. The body becomes a hypothesis.
Then comes the slightest organic irregularity, just enough to suggest the system holds a presence and not only information. Far behind, dry tea leaves and a shadow of incense: a molecular memory of the sacred.
The machine is not the subject. The transfer is the subject.
